| I can actually answe the dog question, dogs don't understand language really, they understand commands. They interpret the tone of your voice rather than the actual words you are pronouncing. My uncle tried this out once by yelling car brands at our dogs but with the intonation we use for regular commands and he did exactly what he was supposed to, just without the words. The same goes for parrots. They link certain sounds to certain events and so they reproduce those sounds to attain the desired effect. For instance: my parrot will make kissing sounds when she wants to come out of her cage because whenever I take her out, I let her give me a kiss, similarly she reproduces the squeaking of our living room door when she wants my dad to come home because he always gives her some attention when he gets home from work. She doesn't understand what she's saying but she does understand the effect it could/should have just like a dog doesn't understand the words you're saying but because of your intonation, he knows what you want from him. | |

| I just realised it's been over a year since anyone posted a question. We're hoping to get the chance to interview Amanda in May so, what are your questions? What have you always wanted to know but are afraid to ask? Now you can get us to ask! | |

| Well, I know I already was asking where she bought this dress (you know this silver dress ) and the question that interests me most is: Is there a chance that Trillium/Amanda Somerville merchandise will be availabe in the webshop on her site? soo. That's it for now, maybe more questions to come | |

| ^^^ I SECOND THOSE QUESTIONS A LOT
Also, will there be a Trillium tour in the USA? Or an Amanda tour in general? Going to Michigan is way out of budget for me right now... | |
